How are these measures free?

Our services are funded through goverment-backed energy schemes which cover the full cost of eligible energy efficiency improvements—like insulation and solar panels.

Where are you based?

We’re based in London and operate across the South of England and Midlands.

Who is eligible for these upgrades?

If your property has an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G and is in Council Tax bands A–D (A–E in Scotland), you may qualify.

Will I need to deal with paperwork or apply for funding?

No, our team handles the entire process, from checking eligibility and surveys to securing funding and completing the installation.

How long does installation take?

Most installations take just 1–4 days, depending on the size and type of work. We’ll schedule the work at a time that suits you and keep disruption to a minimum.

Are the works covered by a warranty or guarantee?

Yes. All installations come with full warranties for workmanship and materials. You’ll receive official documentation for your records, giving you long-term peace of mind.

What’s the catch? Is there a contract or hidden cost?

There’s no catch and no hidden fees. If your property qualifies, the upgrades are completely free. No contracts, no obligations—just energy-saving improvements at no cost to you.
